Our core offering is an IT Support Service. We will work with the client to develop a plan for their computer and network systems.
A part of that will be the integration of the client's network into the the ITSolve WAN. This provides continual monitoring and recording of problems so we become aware of problems before they impact the client's business (and in many cases before the client has noticed there is a problem).
Subject to the user's agreement we can provide remote control support on any client machine enabling most problems to be resolved quickly and efficiently.
All clients benefit from an active telephone support from a dedicated consultant. Regular visits provide assurance that all is well and gives early warning of system problems.
Forward planning of IT activity and resources provides benefits in terms of reliability and management of costs. Regular review of support logs enables improvements in network and system performance to be built in to the planning cycle.
